Information you provide
If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, subject, and message you submit. The form uses this information only to receive and respond to your inquiry. You may instead contact us by email or phone.
Basic site operation
The hosting service may process technical information such as an IP address, browser details, requested pages, and timestamps in server logs to operate and protect the website. This PHP file does not include analytics, advertising trackers, or a visitor account system.
Cookies and session storage
The contact form uses a short-lived PHP session cookie to protect submissions against cross-site requests and to show form status. It is marked HttpOnly and uses the Secure flag when the site is served over HTTPS. The site does not use this session to build advertising profiles.
Images and external services
Photography is loaded from Unsplash’s image delivery domain. When your browser requests those images, Unsplash may receive technical request information under its own policies. External links are provided for convenience; their privacy practices are governed by their own notices.
Retention and choices
Contact messages may remain in the recipient’s email account according to its normal retention settings. To ask about a message you sent or request its removal where applicable, contact support@roventra.live.
